Unfortunately, when chasing greatness, it is about hitting a target than bothering with what others are earning. Osimhen has a world class potential and a bigger club will see him having a good shot at being great. So why care about hindering his future of greatness because of lesser quality players earning more.
What target has Marmoush hit for example, that he's earning almost £300k weekly?

Why won't I care about how my talent and effort is perceived? Miss me with all this faux future greatness something. Any club that considers £250k/week a burden has no business with greatness

As I said, Osimhen can bother about earning or history. The best way to get to such level is to get to a big side and break records. Osimhen has that capability.

Take a pay cut get into a big side and create a legacy. Then clubs will fight for him.

If not, he can go to Turkey. If the money is more important to him than the legacy.

Simple point.

Let's stop saying high like it's one exorbitant amount fa. It's £256k/week fgs, Mount, Marmoush, Rashford earn this. Do they have two heads? Who are they beside Osimhen
As I said, if the wage is more important to him than getting into a top club and achieving greatness, then Turkey is fantastic.

Finito.

🚨🟡🔴 New direct talks underway today for Osimhen deal ahead of crucial week.

Galatasaray bid on the table: €40m now plus €17.5m and €17.5m in installments.

Napoli are open to this solution but insist on different payment terms and bank guarantees.

Napoli pulled the plug on signing Nunez from Liverpool because they feel his price tag was too much.... but they don't want to lower Osimhen's price tag..

They bought the player for 78 million and has paid decent salary on his behalf. Realistically, in today’s market, osimhen worth at least 100 Million. I just don’t know what’s happening on the backend

Stop beating around the bush

All epl clubs can afford to pay 3 players 250/wk without sweating at all

So it’s not about wage at all

If these clubs needed him they would have gotten him asap
300k is not a problem for any team on the top 10

So no let anybody tell you say no money

Epl no be charity centet money yakpa

But are you worth the pay huh

All this is long story. The details are Osimhen's wage demand but release clause has made him unfavorable for top clubs to go for him.

Any other thing is just dragging as far as I am concerned. It is not news that Osimhen is not ready to come down on his wages.

Come down his wages for who ?

A multi billion club that double his wage is not gonna make a dent on ?

So you’ll leave chevron and move to Exxon Mobil for a lower wage

It seems you’re on crack 😂

If this is how u want to play it,in reality, the bolded is actually how it appears.
Do you know how many goals and fantastic free kicks goals Okocha scored in Turkey? Is over two times of goals he scored in premier league.
But people seems not to consider those goals but the ones he scored in top leagues.

Oga,u know the truth, going to Turkey is not the best idea from him.
Did I argue? 🤭

Arteta moved from Everton to Arsenal by taking a pay cut. Arshavin moved from Zenith To Arsenal by letting go of his bonuses. Osaze Odemwingie moved to the EPL from Russia by letting go of his bonuses.

It depends on what you want.

Osimhen can't expect the big sides to pay him what PSG is paying Kvaratskelia. The point is too simple.
And what's simpler is that he isn't even requesting for what they're paying Kvaratskhelia. He just wants what he's earning at Napoli which is €12M, Kvara earns €16M.

Call it greedy or pride or whatever. Y'all make simple things seem very hard here. Make Galatasaray complete the signing sharp seff make everybody rest.

All these are irrelevant examples. What is Zenith and Russia, what did Arteta win for him to dare refuse a pay cut?

Bro, make we even leave Marmoush first seff, see Florian Wirtz, from earning €7M in the Bundesliga to earning €19M at Liverpool. Wetin he don achieve?

All of una for this thread, put yourself in Osimhen's shoes, you're a player that has all Osimhen has, with all hardwork, he never had it easy at any point in his career, he fought to become the player he is now, he had an injury that'll send any regular player to early retirement or diminish their effectiveness even if they decide to continue playing football. I watched a clip of 18 year old Osimhen in Wolfsburg against Bayern Munich, I was just laughing, see how naive, malnourished and clueless he was. He pushed himself to this level, even scored two goals against that same Bayern in preseason when he signed for Napoli, overcame injury and pushed his clubs to win titles since then.

Transfer window reach, you now as Osimhen sees Omar Marmoush move from Bundesliga (Frankfurt) to Man City BOOM x3- salary increase, Florian Wirtz from Leverkusen to Liverpool BOOM x3 salary increase. You as an African guy now, with all your hardwork over the years that made you earn what you earn currently, request for EXACTLY WHAT YOU EARN AT THE MOMENT from the same league where the Marmoushes and Wirtzes are getting triple salaries even larger than your current salary, then BOOM "Premier Legacy League" decides that your own salary will be halved – from earning €12M, to earning €4-6M, and you'll be expected to outperform the Marmoushes and Wirtzes.

Leg-acy ko, Knee-acy ni... Y'all don't even care about Osimhen I swear, you just want to watch him in the Premier League even if he decides to play for Man Yoo for free. It doesn't work that way. The guy is not a child and he has made the decision that seems best for him. If you need my services, honor my worth. Shikena.

It was a Chelsea vs PSG comparison. Chelsea is a bigger club than PSG. As for moving down, he feels Napoli has a bigger standing than PSG. When you compare the leagues, it is debatable.

I swear to God bah, if Liverpool or even the Arsenal wey I dey bant everyday hijack this deal but pay Osimhen him deserved salary today, I may not even sleep today, joy go wan finish me.

As long as they want him to halve his salary, God forbid. Up Galatasaray! He'll do great things from there and NOTHING, like NOTHING NOTHING can stop it.
