It's a national visa. You can switch it to any type of national visa. E.g studies

Any immigrant visa(E.g National Visa or Type D visas for other EU countries) is applicable only to that country. Your Schengen privilege is just to visit other Schengen member nations for a maximum of 90 days without needing a visa. If you want to work in another EU country, you have to apply for their work residence permit from Germany.

Asked to submit for preliminary review June 4th
After multiple corrections and back and forth, asked to book appointment June19th
Booked the next available date I saw which was June 30th
Went for the appointment and now I'm waiting again

Have you gotten response from them after the interview

Those who attended the interview waited about a month or a little more. Do not panic you would definitely get a positive response. Be hopeful

I also used the online NPC generated certificate during my application and it was accepted so I hope yours should work as well

so I am to choose an appointment date now, however the date I would be available to attend the interview is not showing up yet on the portal. it appears it only shows dates within a 4 weeks time frame, so if my calculation is correct, then the date i require will be bookable by next week. My question is, is there a deadline for picking appointment date?Like will my application be deleted if I don't pick an appointment date within a certain period of time? any idea @hannania? or anyone else?

For now, no. You can choose the latest available date. About a week before the interview, you can email them with your preferred date. In my case, I rescheduled my interview for two weeks earlier, and they responded with a new confirmation. I must say, Germany is the most transparent country I’ve experienced when it comes to visa applications.

Hi Hannania or anyone who can help. If the name of your course isn’t showing fully in Anabin, how do you convince them it’s the same during review? Especially if they’ve given you a deadline to submit recognition of degree. Please it’s urgent.

while my Course of Study Agricultural and Environmental Engineering cant be found on the portal even when i tried it seperately

please i seek to know if i still require this ZAB

Some engineering applicants says mathematics, economics , some said they can even ask secondary school questions, just be prepared for any questions
