This is a watery defence of Atiku's misuse of Nigeria's Coat of Arms seal by Frank.

He was spot-on on other issues...but on the constitutional offence as pointed out by Festus Keyamo, his principal goofed and should stop!

I think Atiku should be guided by what keyamu said here.

It's not right for a top government official who has left office to continue to use coat of arm to write personal letters.

And Obasanjo is the greatest writer of letters in Nigerian history so he should know ...........

Of course we must note that this is the one we saw. Who know what other letters he has written using the coat of Arms that we have not seen? He must have been doing this for a while and maybe outside Nigeria.

The Attorney General should write him and tell him to stop

What are you saying? It's a privilege extended to former presidents and vice presidents in other climes. He clearly stated the period of his tenure on his letter head so it's obvious he's an ex vice president.. don't know what you are driving at!

You're not making any point. Impersonation of a government official is the alleged crime as stated by Keyamo. Atiku clearly states the expired tenure of his vice presidency, which immediately rules out any impersonation..
In USA, former presidents are permitted to use their seals. You making an issue out of a former vice president using coat of arms on a letter head and clearly stating his expired period in office is petty.. just like Adamawa governor stripping Atiku of his Waziri Adamawa title. Must you guys always attack and witch hunt your political opponents?

Go ahead and have the attorney general prosecute him then and stop the yapping! Even the AG won't even contemplate it. Plain ridiculous! The crime itself is impersonation of a government official... That would be the offence he can be charged with.. Keyamo identified the only possible charge. that charge would immediately be thrown out. Rubbish!

Actually I don't want to talk more. But as human beings we see things differently
Not about Onanuga or not. I believed whatever one do when alive is the most important thing and those are the things people will talk of you. Deaths and birth are normal thing reason the owners of companies will die and work will continue. Emotions is our major problems from reality in the country. Many people dies everyday, how does that different from Buhari is the impact of such person around his people. Anybody can dies at his own time and life goes on. I don't want my death to be an issue to anyone. When time comes, it's only God that knows.

It's watery because you probably needed Oxford dictionary for further translation. However, it was written in simple english and well understood by reasonable Nigerians.

I am a lawyer dude and for your info, keyamo was my classmate in law school class of 1993 stream B !!! You're just ranting. Why doesn't he just tell the attorney general to prosecute Atiku if there's a possibility of securing a conviction Stop the nuisance noise and political witch hunting!

Have you seen the attorney general comment? maybe he's also not a SAN according to your argument.. I assure you that a conviction is impossible..
