You think Osimhen can be considered a legend. With such an acrimonous exit.
It's obvious that you're enjoying Osimehn's predicament

I am certain God will make Osimehn smile again.... He has never failed

This is silly talk from Buchi as usual
Everyone knows that if you want to pay a release clause in installments, you have to make concessions.

Either pay more than the clause or agree to the seller's demands.

A release clause is not activated yet until paid in full.
aside PSG and City how many clubs pay transfer fee at once? There are other sensible add ons they can ask for, no club is going to agree to insert sell-on in a 75mill euros deal

it is Napoli, Koulibaly had a similar experience
But when we bring in the racial angle many will dismiss it, No club will treat any EU citizen with the way Napoli is doing. Theirs is just too toxic

ADL accept Al Ahli offer, Osimhen rejects
ADL accept Chelsea offer, Osimhen rejects
ADL accept Al Hilal offer, Osimhen rejects
Manu acknowledge release clause, approach Osimhen, rejected

But blame ADL cause Osimhen is my countryman
he doesn’t want to go to Saudi, Chelsea’s wage offer was very ridiculous, when did United approach? Never heard that news

It's not just about black players
Napoli has treated many white players badly
Go and read about mario rui
Even mertens during the end of his contract they stop playing him in matches after he refused to extend his contract
The list goes on

VO has never played wing in his entire career.

Don't think he is technically astute to start playing wing and even if he tried too many players who are way better than him on the wings.
But, on many occasions, Victor Osimhen has drifted to the wings and have done well. I don't think he will have trouble there. It is just his build and pressure that makes coaches always up for him to play upfront.

Osimhen wants the same wage he’s currently on , so you are telling me that Napoli that is currently paying his wages is richer than United, Arsenal and the likes?
No but I bet Manchester United wage structure for all players is far above that of Napoli.

So what are Osimhen's realistic options now?
before Galatasaray first bid Napoli offered him the chance to rejoin the team, I think he need to take that option because once Gala walk away I don’t think any other European club is coming to bid for him

There are enough grounds for Napoli to be flexible this is looking more like we want to get rid of you but dictate how you go and where you go, that’s beginning to run against what EU stands for in terms of human rights. If VO goes the legal route I hope folks here won’t castigate him more.

A lot has happened will Osimhen agree? Plus Napoli just announced the signing of another forward.

It’s getting obvious they wanted him to rejoin the team and are angry with him for rejecting them but why will a club send a player on loan that can give you over 20 goals in a season which kind mumu be that!

I don't necessarily agree with the Osimhen extension but you guys are pounding on it without context. Like many had stated here, ADL is a difficult man to do business with and everybody in Europe knows that. Osimhen had a prior contract that was to end 2025 without a release clause. What that means is that Osimhen was largely at the mercy of ADL's whenever prospective clubs came.

What then did Victor do, he got double is salary, plus inserted a reasonable release clause while at the same time extending just by one year. The hope was that a reasonable clause will be easy for prospective clubs to pay when the time came.

I challenge anyone here to go online prior to Victor signing that contract and produce evidence where ADL valued Victor less than £100M. Even PSG amongst a few other clubs was reportedly ready to pay £100 at the time. If I remember correctly, ADL was quoted as saying £100M covered only one of Victor's leg when the Saudis offered a little over that for Victor's signature. Victor really had 2 choices, one was see out his contract at Napoli and leave for free or force ADL to sell last summer while putting to anger a city he had called home the last couple of years prior (which I wanted him to do why the way), or extend just by one year with a reasonable release clause while earning double his salary at the same time.

So when you're guys bring up the release clause, please realise it wasn't an unreasonable move at the time. In fact for someone who didn't wanted to leave well, it was a win-win situation for both parties.

Osimhen is not a winger at all. He is an intelligent player so he can play forward and drift to the wing occasionally but it’s a set up playing him on the wings

Exactly, yes men are the worst set of people to surround yourself. Imagine calling 75 million astronomical for osimhen in today’s market instead of saying the truth of the matter. Make yes men no near lookman

I don't think so. Not given a chance does not mean Osimhen can't play on the wings. When he drifts to the wings, he plays well. So there is no way he will be poor playing there. It will just take tactical adjustments.

You’re wasting time arguing with folks who don’t like a player, they only pretend to like him when he delivers on the pitch. Just wait when he doesn’t score in 2 or 3 matches you’ll see their true colour.

I will support the legal route. Osimhen should get a sound lawyer familiar with the Court of Arbitration for Sports and sort this out. The earlier the better. After what ADL did to Coulibaly, no one will blame him.

Galatasaray and Napoli have reached an agreement on a bank guarantee and payment plan.
€40 million of the €75 million transfer fee will be paid upfront.
The remainder will be paid in installments.
Galatasaray is very close to signing Victor Osimhen!
