Don't let all these Nigerian content creators deceive you, UK is far better than Nigeria for those that don't have a secured/stable job or business in Nigeria.

If you don't have a secured job that pays you a minimum of 1million naira monthly as a married man and 600k monthly as a single unmarried guy, please if you see an opportunity to migrate to UK legally, please take it and never look back at what naysayers are saying online.

But if you have a secured job or business that pays you 1million naira and above after expenses for business owners, or 700k and above for single unmarried guys and ladies, then you can stay back for now and invest wisely while preparing yourself academically, skill-wise, financially, etc for future migration should things go South in Nigeria.

Most of them only claim to want to come back to Nigeria for cruise and for content.

Once you get a job and a good place to stay in the UK, you will be fine. No sane Nigeria will make the mistake except the ones in a tight spot

So you think the people that are relocating abroad are doing so because they don't have a stable job/business in Nigeria?

Some have but scared of the future of Nigeria for their kids, most don't have.

Insecurity, increased kidnapping for ransom, unpredictable economy, high inflation that wiped out majority of Nigeria's Middleclass population, plus other fears that resulted from failed APC government fueled the high rate of Japa

I repeat, nobody in the UK who left Nigeria want to come back. Unless you are coming back because you have papers and can easily go back. I die here no going back for us. Not now until my children grow up!

This is what we call Terrible advice.

Completely ignores the fact that you can increase your income starting from nothing in Nigeria, simply with a good business idea, and commitment to succeed.

Majority of the millions of well-to-do Nigerians started from nothing.

Today you see them with large businesses, buying cars with cash, and building mansions, something most British people can only Dream of.

If these Nigerians had all taken your “advice, they would be abroad working as security guards and paying instalments for cars, and their own country left to lizards.

At least, we still attempt to make abokis comfortable. We laugh with them, patronize their businesses, make sense of their accent without always asking them to repeat themselves...so no, I won't even compare their attitude to Blacks to this.

The u.k is not easy sha o, people are being paid under 25k pounds a year as salary, that is extremely low o,what sort of life can someone live with that money there, shuuuuuuu, couples will be living in a single room shared housing because they need to "manage",Africa is really failing us o, because we shouldn't be going out for such meagre pay abroad, nigeria and Africa has to work.

As usual the problem is with so many people is they don't have a plan. The UK on average is better than Nigeria especially between the family raising years (25-45 approx). Health care, education, security etc

Once kids have grown and are in University, the UK does not have much to offer. Most people by that time reach a ceiling in their jobs, and find it hard to move forward. This is the time when Nigeria is actually a better option, IF you have invested wisely.

Advice: Raise your family in the Uk If you can, get your papers sorted , so you have access to the free health service, and build at least 3 properties back home. That way you can return to Nigeria in your 40's-50's and live ok on the rent from your properties, and if for any reason you have health challenges, you can always return to the UK

Some Nigerians are like the Islamists of Africa; they are never happy anywhere grin. In Nigeria they lament about insecurity and underdevelopmentgrin grin...in other African countries they demand their own way and when they are put in their place ; it's wailing time grin grin grin grin.....in the West ; they hate the rules and laws, so they wail because the laws are enforced grin grin.

Why not migrate to mars next ? grin grin cheesy
