Can my bank give me loan of 20million Naira.
I have two landed properties,I want to go onto Water factory business,I have like 15 years in the business,and know in and out of the business,with my calculations and planes,in two years I will pay that money back.
The problem is can UBA bank give me such amount,I don't mind adding my building that is on roofing level to it.
Please any advice for me.
I have managed water factory so I know the business very well,and with that 20m I would establish the business comfortably

This a business I know the in and out of it,and all the secrets to succeed in the business.
I have two plots of land,then another plot where I am building a 3 bedroom all masters and a self con at the back,the building is on roofing level already
