So, my account was restricted due to some private reasons and I have been struggling to do it since.
I need suggestions from Nairalanders.

1) I wasn't able to do NIN because of the lockdown.

2)If I do it, they would only give me the number and not the card.

3)I'm just 18 and I have no access to get a driver's license.

4)We are not in election period,so I can't get voter's card.

5)I don't plan to go abroad and I can't afford to get international passport.

Please, I need your suggestions on what I can do.
