The Funniest Resignation letter of PDP to ADC 😆😆😆

The resignation letter from Muhammad Bello Sala, a PDP member from Gombe State, humorously breaks from tradition with its blunt "I quit" statement, reflecting a growing frustration with Nigeria's political parties amid recent high-profile exits like Atiku Abubakar's resignation on July 14, 2025, which was controversially leaked by alleged opponents.

This viral moment aligns with a 2021 study from the Journal of African Elections, which noted a 15% increase in political party switches in Nigeria due to internal corruption and lack of accountability, suggesting the letter's simplicity may resonate as a public critique of entrenched political elites.

The shift to the ADC, a party promoting transparency, hints at a broader trend of Nigerians seeking alternatives, supported by ADC's 2023 strategic compass aiming to rebuild trust in democracy, contrasting with PDP's recent turmoil.

There is no need explaining the lies and reasons for quitting. Obviously there is no tangible reason for his resignation except the fact he wants to join his political godfather

Like play like play.. the biggest party in Africa became a mere shadow..

Because of sheer gréed, betrayal, báckstabbing, lackadaisical attitude, irrespónsibility, overambition..

at least one of these attributes above are shared by the so-called leaders, elders and stakeholders of that party.

That's how organisational management is. The largest establishments can go under within a short while if not properly managed. If ADC is not properly managed same thing will happen.

Lol.
There is no need for plenty explanations just to dump a party of hardship, insecurity and backwardness which is the APC that is now part of the PDP.

This honorable has done very well.

WELCOME TO THE ADC SIR.
Re: The Funniest Resignation Letter Of PDP To ADC by njokuuche77(m): 7:34pm On Jul 19, 2025
It’s sad, but the truth is that the average Nigerian politician doesn't see politics as a platform for service. Instead, it has been reduced to a full-time business venture where the ultimate goal is power, influence, and self-enrichment, not nation-building.

If politics were truly about service, we wouldn’t see aspirants taking out massive loans just to fund their campaigns. Think about it why would anyone borrow hundreds of millions to get a position that, on paper, pays far less? It’s simple: they plan to ‘recover’ that money tenfold through public funds once elected. That tells you all you need to know about their intentions.

The desperation is real people kill, bribe, manipulate, and deceive all just to occupy a seat of power. If the mission was really to serve, the process would be rooted in integrity, vision, and accountability not bloodshed, debt, and godfather politics.

Sadly, this comes at the expense of the common man, who suffers from poor healthcare, insecurity, joblessness, and a broken education system while politicians fight for contracts, allocations, and positions.

Nigeria needs a new breed of leaders not career politicians, but true public servants who see politics as a temporary platform to contribute, not a lifelong cash cow.

Until then, the cycle of greed will continue and the common man will keep paying the price.
