I think it has more to do with having an affair with a Co worker than the affair itself. Musk has kids with some of his colleagues but it's how it is done that is the matter. If you do this with a colleague, it puts that person in a favorable position than others. That is what is unfair.

Sure! There's no perfect system, but hey, Nigeria labour laws are quite useless, only on paper. Don't think too highly of Nigeria when it comes to this issue, abuse of office/ power even in corporate establishments here is outrageous.

The other answer will be, it depends. In private, it is likely to see them resign than public but we have seen cases where it has cost people their jobs in Nigeria. Don't forget a few years ago, some tech Bros in Nigeria got into trouble for things like this.
