Hi everyone,

Could someone help, please? My package (CY362593165US) shows that it left Lagos, but it’s supposed to be delivered to me in Lagos. This seems odd. Has anyone experienced something like this before? How did it turn out?

Here is the tracking details from USPS, I called NIPOST they confirmed items has not been received by them.

hello bro ur package is with Nigeria customs ... I believe it still there but I will try make some calls to know it will be coming out but u need to exercise patience as well cos there a lot of changes In protocol at the custom , so u go need relax but I will try call and know wetin dey sup with ur parcel .. I will give u update on here once I find out anything ..good day

Quick update: The item was never delivered. I contacted the merchant, and it turned out it was stolen/lost upon arrival in the country. Luckily, it qualified for a money-back guarantee, so I got a full refund. Lesson learned: Always use reliable shipping agents like DHL or FedEx for end-to-end delivery. While USPS is fine, handing over to NIPOST once in Nigeria poses a major risk!

Hello bro ,I need assistance tracking a letter sent from Austrian post , it has been on transit since June 27th without any update in the tracking history since then-

I reached out to Austrian post, they said they handed over to NIPOST and that I should reach out to NIPOST for further assistance.

Best regards." That is the message I received after emailed nipost yet the parcel app or other tracking site has not updated and since the message I have not seen any update from nipost as well not even call. Pls what should be way forward. Thanks

Be patient and wait for the call. The farther your location from Lagos, the longer it will take for the package to be delivered.

I sent a Registered Mail with DHL from Germany to PH, Nigeria since Sept 23. It took DHL less than 7 days to deliver it to Lagos on Sept 30th. They handed it over to local postal service, NIPOST. Since the last scan notification on Oct 2, I have not received any update. Calls to customer care lines are not helpful.
Tracking ID is RR792868743DE or F1011C6540004038E756.

I'll use any help here.

Bro i sent a package since a month (begining of march 2024) to Nigeria.from Germany i tracked it via Deutsche post dhl. it says landed at lagos airport since then no update nothing nothing.. Here are the tracking numbers : CY283565697DE, CY283565706DE and CY283430845DE.. Please i am awaiting your reply urgently

Yes it took quite some time but it finally got to Nigeria

My parcel was sent early November and I’ve been so worried, I contacted deutschepost DHL but they said they have being unable to locate the parcel, I’m just trying to stay positive right now.
