I think ADL didn't want to sell to Galasatary, likely why he included those conditions, hoping they would back out, but they didn't. The 10% sell on clause is probably on profit, I doubt if Napoli will ever get that.
I am not happy with the transfer at all.

Can't remember where I saw this week's ago, but there were reports a buyout clause will be included that's significantly lower than what Gala is paying for him. Not sure if things have changed since then but I remember seeing something of the sort.
