As for getting the visa and all that, it's safe to say that it may be late...she's over five months and doesn't have a visa yet. You also know that airlines have protocol to flying pregnant women - there's that to consider as well. You could still go ahead and use the study route; you could change plans a bit and wifey can have another baby while you're there...both babies will still get citizenship. Weigh alllllll your options sir, before going forward.
There are a few people you could reach out to, that do birth tourism to Brazil specifically; some are here on Nairaland as well (check ktoptnt on Nairaland, Oreoluwa, Manuel Festus on YouTube). You can speak with them to know if there's still a chance or if any other options are available.

Yes the procedure is still pretty much same.
Also there’s nothing wrong with using an agent, but you should know that there’s nothing special or additional the agent would do for you. They will still follow the same steps outlined, they have no influence on visa decisions.
Unless one feels lazy to gather their documents and apply themselves, only then can they pay someone to do that for them.

Importantly, since you’re intending to go give birth there, make sure you start your application as early as 3 months into the pregnancy.

You’ll need to have a dormicilliary account at GTB and a hardware token to submit FX transfer on their internet banking platform.

- deposit your cash dollar into your dorm account
-log into the internet banking platform
-go to menu
-scroll down to FX transaction
- select fx to other banks
-fill in your beneficiary details with SWIFT CODE
-click continue
- put your token code
-GTB will process your fx transfer within 12hours
-Beneficiary will receive funds in 48hrs

The Embassy in my current country of residence insists that I buy insurance valid in Brazil + PAY for a round-trip flight ticket. I need advice on getting these two requirements. Can anyone suggest an insurance I can buy for a brazil tourist visa? I plan staying there for about 21 days.

But now I want to no if this happens to anyone that have submitted application recently. I have dhl my documents to Brazilian embassy after 3 weeks all my original documents were return to me via dhl excluding invitation letter visa application form and other letters like employment, introduce, visa payment, what those that implies those it mean my journey have ended ? My online status still say mill drop off any update on this?

15 working days later, they requested for another 3-months Bank statement for my visit visa, and I sent it to them.

Its been 35-40 working days after I sent the bank statements, no update on my portal.

Is it advisable to email them about my application.

Or just wait till they respond?

My flight schedule is late October, wife due date is November.

Please advise me.

Can anyone with delay response reply to this? Like is it advisable to email embassy for update? Or just wait? Due date is approaching.
