Israel did not invade Palestine

Israelis moved to Palestine and the UN divided the lands into Israel (60% Israeli, 40% Palestinian) and Palestine (99% Palestinian). There was no nation called Palestine before 1948, just settlers of which Israelis joined them. It could have been divided whichever way the Colonialists wanted like they did in the Middle East, but they took it to UN vote.
