Osi Staying in Napoli, where he was mocked by the club's own official account and disrespected publicly by the president, would not have shown "strength." It would have shown him being compliant. A strong player walks away when his value is diminished, not because he's weak, but because he knows his worth.

You talk about ambition. This is an ambitious move. He’s choosing joy, respect, and a team that believes in him. Mental peace matters. No player thrives in an environment that makes them question their worth. A toxic club stunts growth more than a change in league level ever could.

Also, the Turkish league is still a top 10 league in Europe. We might mock our rivals, but they're still stiff competition. There's a lot of pressure to play for Galatasaray, which should help with his accountability as a player and I'm assuming a future captain for Nigeria.

I have not been following but his time at Manchester City is over. With Tijjani Reijnders, Rayan Cherki, Nico Gonzalez, Phil Foden all holding down the creative areas for Manchester City. With Bobb, Savinho and Doku also looking brilliant, Grealish can't have a steady run of games. So he is likely leaving.
