A mother has reportedly called off her daughter’s engagement after the fiancé verbally lashed out at her for missing his phone call once.

The incident was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by a user with the handle @ohhyesweirdo, who identified herself as the daughter involved.

According to her, her mother ended the engagement solely because the fiancé insulted her over a missed call. Sharing the story, she wrote: “My mamu called off his daughter’s engagement because her fiancée cursed at her cuz she didn’t pick up his call once. Respect for mamu+++.”

Did you follow the post you copied so? The original poster clearly used mamu and 'his' to describe mamu throughout, why did you use mother in the thread topic instead of father?

If the mother allows the wedding to go through, and the husband butchers the wife after 3 months into wedding, you would also be the first to condemn her mother's negligence.
