What if our Super Falcons trained occasionally with the men (Super Eagles) so that they can push their physicality, stamina, mental resilience and endurance even further than it is now? How feasible is this approach?

I want to hear the pundits' thoughts on this?

p.s the people who have answered so far are only focusing on what the outcome of the matches would be. That's not what I'm talking about. Men's football is definitely on another level. No one with a functional brain can argue with that.

The question is for the sake of Super Falcons' development. Obviously they'll lose, but with continuous matchups, how well will they adapt to the men's performance and style? And could it, in any way, prepare them adequately for their games against their fellow women? That was the point of the question.

A woman's limit is not determined by how hard they train. It's determined by physiology.

So no matter how hard they train, Ikorodu under-18 boys will still wallop them 16-0 in the first 10 mins.

The only thing they can improve is quality and skillset, and they don't need go that far to get all that

Pushing female footballers physically will lead to a lot of Anterior Cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries. ( please refer to events just before the last World Cup).

Haaland who was already a world-class striker and was signed on the cheap by City about 50m was still given 19m. Despite earning 6.8m already at Dortmund

Also, The Golden Eaglets thrashed the Super Falcons 6-0 in a friendly match. The match details are from April 2014, where Chidera Ejuke scored a brace, and other scorers included Paul Obasi, Kingsley Michael, and Orji Okoronkwo, with Henry Daniel contributing three assists. This match was part of the Golden Eaglets' preparation under Coach Emmanuel Amuneke, who was impressed with the boys' performance, highlighting substance to build upon for future games.

I think it is high time some structures are fitted in place for this league. A foundation that doesn't care about whose ox is gored or slaughtered.

If a club can't meet minimum requirements to be at the peak of Nigerian club football, they should face the consequences and get out, declare bankruptcy and just shift abeg.


The top division doesn't need this kind of drama. Let such drama thrive in NNL or NLO or any other N outside the NPFL. But once we are in the NPFL, if you try to mess up or hide behind some nepo moves or incompetence, then the rules that are on minimum requirements should take the fore
