One thing I've learnt from this woman's case is that "gra-gra and "I too know" attitude does not pay. Just be humble and peaceful and life will be more meaningful.

Part of the Judgement clearly ordered her to apologize in National Dailies, she didn't do that. But she is bent on forcing herself to implement an order that does not exist.

Case of judicial banditry

1. The trial judge found the suspension excessive and contrary to the spirit of the Constitution;

If the suspension is against the constitution, it means the suspension is null and void.

That is for the Supreme Court to decide, not a trial judge’s opinion.

The senate has the prerogative to discipline its erring members.

Get it right, the are not to interfere on legislative duties however, it doesn't mean they can't rule on cases brought to their door. They just need to pass a verdict for the senate to comply. Natasha and I boldly say is wrongly suspended because when you suspend a senator, you suspend her constituency. They can remove her from their administrative whatever, not represent the senate in any matter but for her, her people not be represented in that chamber and their entitlement not to be giving is completely wrong in its entirety and divisive.

People think it makes sense but it doesn't and is another bad precedence set by this useless presidency and the senate.

You are seriously on your own. The Kogi central has a best choice on senator Natasha. She will continue to win their heart because she had delivered dividends of democracy more than her predecessors which is what matters. Her father was a philanthropist to the core, Natasha is her father in return.
Akpabio and Yahaya Bello are disaster just enjoying the backing of the presidency not that of their constituency.
Natasha has more prosperous political/democratic climate than her adversaries any time.
Despite in suspension she is delivering. Akpabio will lick his wound soon. He is becoming a baggage for APC and his cup will soon full.

If the law said “25% in FCT or you’re out” clearly, no one would argue. But vague wording lets everyone twist it to fit their agenda. The problem isn’t people’s English or common sense, it’s bad drafting.
