This same Deji Yesufu was cimmitting a bigger blunder just few days back when he foolishly accused pastors of prosperity gospel doctrine. He should keep shut. |

Nobody says she is our problem. But she should stop talking Ill about our Nigeria. Do we have issues yes. Do we need someone looking for every opportunity to use us to shine, especially someone who ate our food and drank our water? No. |

Why do you loathe the truth? She speaks her truth but you call it nonsense...the same truth you would speak if you weren't benefiting crumbs from the corruption in Nigeria. Isn't it shameful to you that your god bubu like other Nigerian leaders died in a UK hospital while there's no good hospital in Nigeria after promising to end medical tourism? Even one of his S.As boldly said he would've died long ago if he used Nigerian hospitals. Mcheew! helinues: |

There is this man by the name Muhammed Zia Yusuf who is a prominent member of the reform party. He was once their DOGE head and chairman of reform. His parents migrated to the UK in the 80s and he was born in UK. He is a muslim. He was the first reform person I have watched speak. Never knew he was not the leader. For once, he never mention Sri Lanka where his parents came from or muslim this or that. You see why kemi is very unpopular in UK. Face UK, that your job. Is she trying to say that should the Conservative get majority of the vote and she become the prime minister, her days in office will be all about Nigeria? She is seriously demarcation herself. She knew all these when she begged the nigerian community to rally around her before she got to this stage. When she fail, she should not also blame it on Nigeria. |

helinues:She’s not happy her country isn’t working, but look at it, why is it so hard to provide mere electricity for sale to the citizens , or even buy tractors for farmers to modernize farming , why is it so hard to invest in the fishing industry in your country instead of importing fish from Morocco, what happens to the graduates of universities of agriculture and ones from colleges of fishery you have all over the country, there is no harmony between your education system and the economy because your ministers are politicians and not technocrats, it’s a big joke , let her expose the jokes, people need to laugh |

Quite wordless, souless writeup. The countries you pray they succeed and should shut some Nigerians out totally, so that Nigerians can learn that it is people who build their countries, you said. This is an inverted thinking. Is it the Nigerians or their leaders which are mostly responsible for the way the country looks like? The children of these elites don't even have troubles traveling anywhere in the world, including investing to earn citizenship. An average Nigerian traveling just wants to have a sane living, where basic amenities are met and life is valued, and be able to raise their kids where this kids can have a great start at life and be able to compete with their global mates. Kemi is doing what an average Nigeria leader would do, but from afar. Nigeria leaders misrepresent their country by their body languages. She should take Nigeria off her lips. Her acquired foreign country has enough meats🍖 in its plates. |

Greattha:To Nigerians yes but to UK, they did not apoint her the leader for that. What is UK biz with Nigeria? She is appointed to lead a party in uk not Nigeria. Nigeria is a minority in the UK and Nigerians in the UK that helped her go up there are not happy with her for this. She is a complete hypocrite. This is not nigerian politics but UK. She should get her act together or her popularity will continue to decline. Look at the beautiful chance a black woman had and she is practically blowing it away. Closing doors for blacks to be the party leader in the future. Once again, this is not nigerian politics but UK. Have that in mind if you want to reply me. |

Kemi Badenoch is my role model. If I where in her shoes, I will say even more worst about Nigeria than she did. That's why you keep seeing me saying may Nigeria never happen to any of my children. Nigeria is a messed up country. If Nigeria is good, I won't be here and Kemi won't be either. Our leaders are just after themselves, families and cronies while the poor suffer and die. Kemi, thank you for all you are doing for Nigeria by helping to bring them free in international stage. In life, not everyone will like you or hate you. You can hate her, but you can't do anything. |

What she said about the passing of citizenship right to her children as a woman was right. A woman cannot determine what her children state of Origin would be but the father. I rarely see a child claiming her mother's origin in Nigeria. Like some people don't understand her point from here. Everyone i was able to ask why their state of Origin is what they said would respond that that's their father's Origin. And please if we are shy to speak the truth, let those who have courage to do so do it. |

Yes it is not Nigerian politics. Mind you, Kemi knows how to play her UK politics else she would've been edged out before now...or do you think it was only the Nigerian community that made her a Tory leader I'm not a fan either but whenever she's pulled into a discussion about Nigeria, you can't condition her perspective. Finally, did you really just ask "what is UK biz with Nigeria Really![]() Lmfao...The UK may have given Nigeria "independence " but...let me not say more than that. descarado: |

The Op., who happens to be a "man of God", did try to deflect criticisms against the person of Kemi Badenoch, but only ended up mixing up truths with half-truths and self-contradictions. Kemi's mission is nothing short of crass demarketing of her country of birth and her citizens. Even if she isn't pleased with the current situation in Nigeria, there are several more appropriate avenues of raising her concerns in a more constructive manner. Since her emergence as leader of the conservatives, it's been from one antagonist attack against Nigeria/Nigerians at any given opportunity. Haba! Again, the Op. in his failed attempt at trying to exonerate this woman with a flippant tongue, said that Nigeria did nothing for her. You got to be kidding me! I guess while living in the blissful cocoon of the UNILAG academic environment during her formative years didn't have any impact in her growing up. Nigeria is not where it ought to be but definitely not where it was in the 60s! It would shock many Nigerians to know that most of the current challenges facing the country are actually orchestrated by the British. A united and prosperous Nigeria would be a direct threat to their hegemony over Nigeria (not forgetting they were our former colonial masters). Kemi should help build her country of origin, if she could, and not add more to her challenges. I'm sure her extended family members (paternally and maternally) still reside in Nigeria as we speak. Kemi needs to have a rethink! @hotseat |
