Its an unpractical book.

He wanted to make money so he wrote a book to achieve that purpose and he succeeded because he understood the market.

Avoid the unhappy, yes it works especially when choosing a date. Some come to steal your Joy and peace.
Never trust friends. Them no dey tell person, you go learn hopefully it won't be too late.
I read somethings as far back as before I turned 20, so it's in blood.
