Why is the condemnation generalized as part of human error and not specifically directed at Nigerian males who are the ones causing violence in Nigeria? .

I'd expect lines like " Nigerian men and killings"
" Nigerian men and posing a danger to women"

You don't have to wonder.. the Holy Bible has explained a lot of things, a good example is in proverbs "for jealousy is the rage of a man and he will show no mercy on the day of his vengeance".

There is mostly one thing that can make a man get violent with his girlfriend and we all know very well what that is.

It’s crazy how often this kind of thing is happening around students now. I hope the police catch the guy fast and that the government steps up to keep everyone safe. No one should live in fear, especially students just trying to study and build their future
