VDM they have been hosted and rewarded by the federal Govt ... If a state Govt decides to host separate dinner afterwards on whatever criteria.. it's their discretion. We shouldn't see everything in this country from an ethnic bias

What has state of residence certificate got to do with indigenous bill being pushed by Kalu and other Igbos?

Did Osibanjo push a bill to give people indigeneship just by living in a place for 10 years?
