Bro that was some 10years ago. El Rufai went and presided over a disastrous 8 years in Kaduna State, Killed thousands of Shia Muslims simply because they didn't believe same thing. He watched as Fulani commits Genocide in southern Kaduna, he also redistributed the southern Kaduna into emirates.
