Fair money na the most shylock loan giver. Those people almost impoverished me three years ago when I borrowed a six-figure amount from them. Edited Checking the history, the loan duration is 24months. In my own experience I paid close to 100% interest for a loan repayment period of six months. And loan top up is worse. People should read the fine prints before agreeing to anything, especially to financial matters. I don't think there is a way out since your friend willingly agreed to it as the company were upfront with their terms. Your friend saw 89% APR and still agreed to the loan. That's on him. He has to bear his cross. |
