Omohh you see that world cup qualification eh, e go hard gan.. Make tell ourselves the truth, chances slim die
It was easier for Falcons to come back from 2-0 than for eagles to qualify from where we presently stand in the qualifiers.

We lost the moment for a shift in energy when we allowed Zimbabwe to equalize.

Whoever was the Super Falcons set piece coach should be drafted to assist Eric Chelle. The long balls were timed to perfection while beating the offside trap.
I don't think it's about coaching. Esther has a unique way of playing her free kicks. She rolls it, like the ball floats in the air, giving her team mates opportunity to sync with the ball.

Danielnino00:
It isn't always about coaching... the player's technique also matters... At the WAFCON, aside Esther, other players like Ijamilusi, Ordega, Payne, Babajide and I think Plumptree also took set pieces... Only Esther and Babajide's set pieces resulted in goals....
IMO, not many players in the SE have good set pieces technique.... Simon has been taking set pieces for the team since god knows when and not up to 5 have resulted in goals

Truidstarr:
My brother, I am not talking from the position of the taker of the set piece. I am talking from the position of the coordination. The super falcons moved as one unit and beat the offside trap on almost all occasions. That is evidence of good coaching. That’s what I am advocating for in the SE.
I agree. definitely coaching contributed

🤑 Osimhen will receive a net wage of €15m plus a €1m loyalty bonus and €5m for his image rights. 🇳🇬

That's €15m base salary + €6m bonus = €21m... Now, that's what he's worth!

Lol. I can see where you're coming from but honestly I still have no sympathy for the Moroccans, especially with all the horrible sportsmanship they've exhibited over the last few WAFCON editions.

Plus it would be nice going into the 2027 Women's World Cup as back to back African Champions.

According to a report on Gianluca Di Marzio‘s website, Eletu is ‘surprisingly staying at Milan’. The Nigerian midfielder, born in 2005, had his contract expire last month, but the club believe in him and has reached an agreement with the player over a new deal.

Eletu’s new contract will last two years and will have an option for a third. He will work with Massimo Oddo’s Milan Futuro team in the coming months to regain, after an injury-plagued season, the form he enjoyed two years ago.

i dont want them to win but at the current pace of their football programs, it is only a matter of time. The northern countries would have been lovable if not for their behaviour e.g that cursed colored flashlights they beam on opposition players. Very annoying thing.

Philosopher1979:
to win african footballer of the year again he has to

1. Win the champions league with galatasaray
2. Qualify for the next world cup and reach the semi finals and maybe the final.

Then, he can easily win it.
But will Galatasary win the champions league.
They need to buy like 5 very good players.
They can go into the academy of man city or maybe
get players that europeans say are not good but are actually very good
Someone like Joa Felix but the suadis have bought him.
Maybe get some wonder kids from south america.
They can try the French league. There are many hidden gems in the french league
They can try muller of bayern munich. That one may consider retireing in turkey
But i doubt it
Felix is not better than any Gala winger currently
Muller wouldn't even start for Gala
Try and watch Gala matches
All Osimhen need to do to win Apoty again is to win the AFCON and probably win MVP in the competition

Osimhen is a record breaker, he's always breaking old and setting new records. This guy has broken more records than many Nigerian greats, set continental records multiple times and is still set to break and set more records.

How many Nigerian footballers currently dey put Nigeria on the biggest stage like this? The whole world knew a player was moving from somewhere to somewhere, just to go sign a contract, hasn't been officially unveiled yet. I can swear that if it was Haaland or Mbappé pulling such numbers, we no go hear word here.

Y'all are just sour minded because he no cut him salary for Premier League teams and fail to see the positives and how big this guy is raising the Nigerian flag.

Well, no long talk. OSIMHEN TO GALATASARAY is official, the biggest signing in Turkish history, the third most expensive transfer in African football history (of which Osimhen himself still holds the first position).

The fact that he's the only African player to have been bought at the rate of 70M+ more than once shows his consistency and lack of form-dipping and he'll be here to do more crazy things.

Osimhen is not just a name, it's a Nigerian brand, it's a Nigerian force, it's Nigerian PRIDE! Whether you like it or not! Osimhen is grace and greatness personified! 🇳🇬

With the historical reception he got from Galatasaray fans after their club delegates and club have suffered so much just to sign him, I'd rather be at Galatasaray than cut my salary by half and still be expected to k-ll myself for the club. See Ekitike wey dey find am hard to trap ball for yesterday match dey earn €10M now from €3M, is this so hard to understand? We love deceiving ourselves as Nigerians!

GOD BLESS OSIMHEN FOR NOT LISTENING TO ONLINE ADVISERS. LEGACY IS NOT TIED TO THE PREMIER LEAGUE ALONE!
.

May your cup never run dry and may d road always rise to meet you.
