I watched the same Kanu in Iwuanyawu Nationale jersey against Ranchers bees in 1992 FA cup match in Ilorin,came in second half and scored a goal....after the match I went with few friends to visit him in Nationale camp the old Circular hotel Ilorin....hmmm we hailed him as senior brother but now some of us are older than him going by his age,anyway..... Everybody knows footballers in those times all understated their ages. Many of them weren’t discovered until their twenties by which time the only way their could get a contract was to understate their age.

If you disclosed your real age foreign clubs wouldn’t sign you because you would have a low/lower resale value.

Kanu isn’t 60 but he isn’t 49 either.

Joke aside,he maybe using football age,but none of his set in football is up to 60 or very close to 60 as you said.
I hope you know his mates in football?
Don't tell it's Okocha,Finidi George,Sampson Siassia,Amokachi or Equavon.Because they are not his mate.Yes,he may have played with some of them in the Olympic and AFCON but that doesn't make him their mates in football.
Check if Wilson Oruma is celebrating 60 years now or even by next year.
