🔍 Key Observations from 2021 Bull Market Pattern

1. First Red Dot & Weekly Candle Behavior

The first red dot marks an early warning.
If the weekly candle doesn’t touch the purple line, it's your signal to get ready to sell.

In 2021, this occurred at $58K in February — an early warning in the bull cycle.

2. False Hope & Traps

After $58K, BTC rose slightly to $61K in March — just a $3K difference, meant to bait people back in.

Then came a final push to $65K — another trap.

Ultimately, it crashed to $28K.
Lesson: Don’t chase the hype after the early sell signal.

3. Double Top Pattern

The retest came in October, with a weekly close above the purple line at $67K.

November topped at $69K, only $2K more, confirming the double top.

Even if you sold at $58K, you only “missed” $7–12K of upside — but protected yourself from a crash. (Remember, 5k, 7k and 12k are important trap numbers).

4. The Purple to Red Line Zone = Shorting Zone

The range between the purple and red lines is not for longing — it’s for shorting or exiting positions.

If the purple line is not touched during the top, it’s a sell year top signal.

Don't forget, there are multiple setups. The best are A+ and A. This doesn't mean you can't buy at B+ or B. In fact, I like B+ too, but B? that's gámbling and I do it at times.

Below is BTC and the second image is USDT. What did you notice? B setup in BTC is not exactly B in USDT. So, you must make use of the two and find a confluence.

Maybe, for the USDT dominance, I might make some changes if I want it to rhyme with BTC. I'll call red and purple A+, green A, blue B+ and yellow B setup. That'll make sense, but let's leave it as it is for now.
