Pompeo Disagreed with Trump on some stuff, but Trump's 1st term was a success because of the role he played.
He has no dealings with the FBI. I think you should pull back from a lot of things you take from the right.

Mike Pence was loyal to Trump. Their disagreement and feud came after the election.
Bill Barr is questionable, but there was little he could do with the special counsel running the Russia collusion nonsense. He has no choice but to let it play out. which the Obama guys drag for almost the whole of Trump's tenure.

They are accusing Musk of the same thing. Musk was loyal to Trump, but when a disagreement and feud arose, that does not constitute evidence of a conspiracy to undermine Trump's presidency. eg, Steve Bannon has been saying all sorts of nonsense about Elon Musk.

So the link you posted does not prove Pompeo knew what was going on in the FBI.
