Why single out Adeleke as a sitting governor to broadcast his meal budget for the whole world to see, when it's clear that nothing will be done about it? The true intention is probably to paint him in bad light as the media source has been paid to do so. Every sitting governor both recent past and present, even up to the presidency should pass through the same expose and their meal budgets listed out for comparison and reference in total. Maybe when we all see the billions that our governors and the presidency spend on meals yearly, then we can know how deep the rot goes and something can be done about it

This is not about justifying corruption. It's about putting a stop to this nonsense across board. All governors are complicit in this largese and not just Adeleke. Something should be done about it,

Do they have a never ending buffet everyday at the state house ? Or it is just another avenue to steal money. Same way aso villa hospital got billions and didnt have paracetamol. Even if they have a never ending buffet or feed all the security men attached to the governor inside the budget like someone pointed out, there is no way you spend N1.6 billion in 6 months on meals, so it is obviously inflated and the balance looted. All governors 36 of them do this to varying degrees.
