Some people see this as a joke but the target is awareness and sensitization. As a security expert, this is public education and awareness campaign designed to impact on the general public on the existing laws. It is a crime preventive measure, rather than crime fighting. It is cost efficient to educate the public than reactive enforcement.
This is a good initiative by the organisation.
