State governments don’t have state police. Security is under the exclusive list. The buck stops at the table of the commander in chief. He is in charge of the whole security infrastructure in the state. I thought you people said Shettima would handle security and Yiubu would handle economy? This story is not true. Bandits didn't attack the university community. Cultists trying to gain dominance around the university environment carried out that attack. These are students of rival cult groups attacking each other trying to establish supremacy.

This is lazy journalism. The author of this story said he got no response from the police so how then did he conclude that it was bandits that attacked that the students of that institution without going to the university environment to verify facts on ground? This is how fake news spreads.
