The way this country is going now... Even if you are schooling, you still have to learn a hand work cos it will still be useful to you...

But there are some Jobs that will NOT give you anytime to practice ur Skills (if you have one). E.g. Banking Job.

A 9-5 might feed you . but skills will feed your unborn children. now pay me for this wisdom drop!

Skills go beyond what you listed. Data analysis, web development, graphic design, econometric models are skills that you can get a job with and also build a business around.

What's important is the acknowledgement that jobs will only last for a while. If you don't leave, the job will leave you. Whereas, the skills of a man shall make a way for him.

If you can afford the two, please do. Skills can be passed down to generations all you just have to do is to carry them along and they will love it. Job, you can't pass that job to your wards except there is a particular skill attached to it.
