This is done in some private universities. I learnt that Babcock Uni does some counselling and basic rehab for those who fail the test. Anything beyond that is for the parents to handle.

Their parents will sort it out the same way they sort out their admission. They same way they sort out courses, the same way they sort out job placement, the same way everything is sorted in Nigeria. So law is not the problem, it is the implementation.

I've never taken drugs, yet met medical test still detect it in my body. My dad abused drugs alot before he married.
