One major problems we have here is we build almost every thing with blocks and spend much on fencing houses. This is not the case in developed countries. Houses are simple and less block work so what they have as per cement will be enough to go round and remain for export. |

Disenfranchised:Anybody is free to get the licence to set up a cement factory. That your b-lodas you are fighting for were only interested in importation of cement from China. .
