Home based players no be am. The earlier we recognize this the better. Even as far back as 94 Westerhof's team was made up 100% or almost of foreign players. Granted that these players started from our local league but our local league had quality and also international football was not like today's game.

Today the league has tanked in quality and the gap between players groomed at home and international football is like an abyss.

The point I'm making is that we should drop all these confusing calls for inclusion of local players in the Super Eagles.

Let us focus on improving the league, improving football education, training, coaching and management.
Good local players are not in the league (NPFL), they are in the academies..

All the boys wey play qualifiers don Japa!!!
Normal
Our best legs are not in the NPFL
Once they shine a bit, they are snapped up by clubs in Africa, Europe and Asia..

The ones that remain in the NPFL remain there for only one reason... They are simply not good enough..

See Papa Daniel for example, he don japa

As someone who isn't entirely satisfied with Osimhen's move to Gala, I've always considered that attitude excuse to be the weakest justification for ignoring Osimhen. Doesn't really make sense to me why people bring that up. And it's odd that Gary Lineker would cite that as the reason.

Unless it's a new policy in the EPL to be ignoring players who are vocal and aggressive. Doesn't make sense, but who knows?

Honestly, It's far more likely to me that they're ignoring him because of his wage demands (in light of the new wage structures in some EPL clubs), AFCON absence when the season starts, or his injury history, or his age, or whether he will fit into their strategy/tactics for this season etc. Any other reason is suspect.

So I don't know but that attitude thing is not really convincing to me.
His wage demand also not supposed to be an issue, and definitely not the main reason why he is not playing in one of the top clubs by now.

The thing is,some of the coaches who would have signed him regardless, are not in top clubs, e.g. Mourinho.
The few who wanted him are being frustrated by Napoli’s owner.
PSG was said to be ready to sign him but was frustrated by Aurelio De Laurentiis.
And if he had wanted to do business with the Italian clubs, one of the top clubs in Italy would have signed him long ago.

Simple!
Juve would have picked him up..
Infact the 2 year non sale to an Italian club clause, was put in there specifically because of Juve..
ADL didn't want to strengthen his rivals..

Trash, so every player currently in the epl has never fallen out with any coach or anybody. If English clubs don’t want or rate him it’s fine but to say it’s character it’s dubious

Keep telling lies to justify hatred! Why is no epl club bidding for Lookman or did he abuse anybody father too, you’ve been quiet on this but focusing on VO!
I like to be concise and not deviate.

The topic of discussion is VO why do should I talk about Ademola ❓

I did not say that's the reason VO wasn't signed by any Premier League club. I have said because Napoli over priced and over valued VO doesn't require all clubs to follow Napoli.

*JUST IN:* Former England and Barcelona striker Gary Lineker has claimed that several top European clubs backed out of signing Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen due to concerns about his character.

“I do hear on the grapevine that a reason one or two of the clubs are a little bit nervous is that he sometimes can go missing for a few days. Apparently. there’s some kind of slight question mark as to his character in that sense…”

*Gary Lineker speaking about Victor Osimhen.*

Now you’re saying another thing: These are your own words and I quote;

Standards of probity, integrity and etiquette will differ from league to League, nation to nation.

For instance you can openly condemn people of the "GABRIEL" persuasion and call 🤙🏿 for their heads 🗣️ to be cut off very easily in Saudi Arabia, and most of Africa.

Try and stay one place instead of jumping here and there from valuation to probity bla bla bla. You’re also avoiding talking about Ademola for obvious reasons known to all!

I was asking myself last night why I wasted data to even stream that game. I guess I just did it to get a feel of how Chelle's tactical game unfolds.

Never ever will I try it again. These CHAN chickens are not worth it.

Thanks brother. I was disappointed by the performance. Not one single clear cut chance with all that possession. I don't understand why some players were dropped in camp. I didn't see a winger better than Joseph Atule or an AMF better
than Isaac Saviour. Then taking 5 or 6 remo Stars midfielders?
I thought Isaac Savior had japad. Atule's snob I don't understand. Perhaps Ijaball and Fidelis should have been allowed to handle these boys. From your highlights sef, Rangers do play a beautiful and better brand of football. I won't excuse Chelle too. We must wack him too with 2x2 since we are wacking the players.

Chelle is the major culprit Sha. Players selection, formation and tactics choice was terrible and this is all down to him. Until he gets his ass out of his head and stop with the stupid diamond formation,we will continue having this issue both with the main team and Chan eagles.

Dt formation with good players dt can interpret it;creates a lot of goal scoring opportunities in a match but ur players needs to be 100 percent fit cos it burns out players energy quickly,I can tell you dt if we can adapt to it fully with our striking prowess, team wey go beat us for dis Africa go try

please tell me one top team club or country that's using it. You don't use specialized systems for country because there are only limited training sessions before games and player choices are limited when compared to clubs that can buy players that fit. The limitations and cons of the formation far outweighs any pros.

Dude l have seen him several times and the guys (agents) around him are Congolese and wrongfully assumed him to be Congolese. He doesn't show any Naija vibe too so I assumed he was not .

Well I just called someone this evening that plays with him in the Academy and you are completely RIGHT he is Nigerian origin.

That's added to the contingent of Nigeria origin players in Liverpool FC Academy although they lost three Nigerian origin players one not good and the other two exceptional.

Nonetheless, there are still at least 12 Nigerian origin players from U16 to U18 left at Liverpool FC academy.

I don’t bother posting about the lad here though have heard about his talent playing for Liverpool’s youth team because I know he will be a tough one to get now that there is too much hype surrounding him

I only quoted your post to correct you that he is Nigerian. I don’t see him playing for us
