These people do these things with a sense of entitlement. They will say "the madam get money, we're supposed to enjoy from it".
From that, they will graduate to arrange for her kidnap to collect more money.
Then eventually kill her to collect her car.
All of these without feeling an ounce of remorse

I agree with you 💯. 30k was too much.
This economic hardship is contributing largely to the increase in crime and social vices in the country now. School fees, house rent, feeding etc are on the high side. Source of income remains same.
Very dangerous types of staff

Next thing they will plan to kill their employer/boss

Any person than can steal from another person
Is also capable of killing that person.

That's why thieves in the North, more often than not, always make it a point of their evil duty to fatally, mortally injure the victims they steal from with dagger! 🙀

Quite unexplainable, shocking and alarming

When a station owner employs full-grown adults as attendants and pays them #8k/month, they should even be happy they don't sell the entire station and run away.

This doesn't negate the fact that 99% of Nigerians don't have an iota of integrity in their bones.

Thieves, one and all.

From top to bottom

Criminals

How does this justify the theft?
How is she the suspect?
The driver had the choice of not working for her na. Is anyone preventing him from getting his deserved salary out there?
What kind of bad mindset is this?

That's the more reason there's a huge unemployment in Nigeria presently. Entrepreneurs are afraid to employ Nigerians, they would rather opt to engage Ghanians and other foreign nationals. It seems a typical Nigerian is doggedly, determined to steal from any establishment that employed him, remember the stupid saying " Workshop....anywhere you are working is where you should chop" I am a victim of Nigerians killing your business even when you pay them handsomely. Most Nigerians are really unemployable, not fit to be employed even when qualified for the job cos of their queer mentality.

Celestialsword:
Any space given to a Nigerian regarding finance is always resulting to cheating and theft.

Nigeria business owners are being shortchanged daily by their staff.

This is one of the problems faced by government parastatals and ministries including multi nationals.

Religious centers of worships are not left out.

The beautiful ones are not yet born in Nigeria

You are hundred percent correct. An average Nigerian is very dishonest

I read somewhere that international financial institutions prefer to open branches in neighbouring African countries than Nigeria because of cheating and theft

The bolded is false.

If an employer is compassionate and disburse a good amount of workers profit, nobody will cheat him.

When you cheat your workers, they will have the mind of obtaining from you, even if it crash your business, because they have no emotion towards you.

When you look after workers like your own children, they will always feel for you.

Am talking from experience.

Thank you.

Poor people are not kind and humble it is their situation which has humbled them they would steal you dry if you don't follow them up. The level of entitlement to your own money will shock you. My number one lesson don't be too kind to them set a system that always controls and keeps them in check even when you are not around.
