Only a member of a political party can take the party to court. In the case of those defecting to APC, the APC structure (NWC or state executives) is not being collapsed or retired. It remain. The party is not handed to marauders or vampires.

Yes, anyone one joining a party, no matter how highly placed, should first and foremost register to be a member of that party at his or her ward. Thats the prerequisite and its contained in the guidelines of all the political parties.
Same step is followed if you are terminating your membership of any political party.
Lets be objective irrespective of our interests.
