All the criminals in prison should also apologies, and let IG and AG decide. This country is something else |

helinues:People like you can't live in the Western world where rule of law is upheld no matter who's involved. Tinubu as tout won't allow his ally to be punished for what he did |

Apology does not stop laws from taking its course. Armed robbers apologise too after being caught, yet they face the music. If they let Kwam off , then it will establish the fact that there are different set of rules for different individuals in this country. |

helinues:Your question is unbelievable, how long do we continue to apologize. Well I'm short of words here but I think you're not fair with this comparison of yours. Let the law take it cause for once in Nigeria, we're a country for crying out loud 📢 K1 can't try this outside Nigeria, it's only when they're in Nigeria they feel they're above the law |

helinues:No ignorance in law. He's a grandpa who's well travelled. He will serve the 6 months ban. For your information, the AIATA had been petitioned already. He may not be able to fly abroad for a long time. Had a nonentity behaved that way, it would have been understood. I had a lot of respect for KWAM1. He has disappointed many. Its safety we're talking about. Sayimg sorry won't change anything. The penalty is way too cheap. |
| Re: Kwam1’s Apology: AGF, IG Will Decide, Says NCAA by MT: 1:53pm On Aug 09, 2025 |
helinues:Law is not applied that way. All of you always dream of travelling to the western world but you are not ready to make your country seems like the western world. Apologies do not absolve anyone of criminal prosecution. Do the crime and be ready to do the time. The only thing apologies could get you is for your prison sentence to be reduced if you show remorse. Once a country’s law is violated, you have to face the judge. Would AIG says Kwam1 has not violated any law? If it has been established he violates, the AIG would be violating the constitution if he refuses to take him to court. Apologies do Not make your crime to totally go away. I am a Yoruba man but the truth has to be told. |

helinues:If the state fail to impose penalty, trust Nigerians, they will petition both local and international airlines to place him on no flight list. They have the right to take measures towards the safety of their passengers and crew members. Airlines that fail to act could also have a petition written against them. Aviation safety is not something you mess with. Most gra gra people in Nigeria are local champions with no levels internationally. |

You're going from one place to another. We started with asking K1 to be forgiven and now we're talking about GEJ. Why are you deflecting? Just to indulge you, state police is one of the key recommendations of the confab and thats why I supported GEJ's reelection to implement the confab. But what we were discussing if K1 and the need to apply the law justly. helinues: |

helinues:So any average Nigerian or vip can shoot someone (or commit any crime in broad day light) then apologise and he would be off the hook. KWAM1 is a yoruba man (and a friend of a yoruba president) The inspector general of police is a yoruba man The attorney general is a yoruba man And they are all loyal to APC So we know how this will end. |

adenigga:Bobirisky, VDM and a few have been put behind the bars for violations so I don't see any reason why this should be different after all the aviation minister said it will be travel ban.... This excuse of carrying feeding bottle with only water put inside is very lame. So the airplane does not have water on board to be served to passengers upon request to drink? |

Well said, the law doesn't recognize emotions. His actions alone is enough to cause untold mayhems,if not that it was well managed. His apologies shows admittance to a premeditated actions quote author=REDshouse post=136395826] The law is not emotional ..saying sorry is not enough cos another person can do same and say i am sorry and it goes on and on without making anyone a scape goat... The law must take its full course on the matter ... Even making the apology makes him guilty before the law and should be ready for the consequence[/quote] |

Nigeria lack good social justice system and have shown Nigerians work with their emotions rather than common sense or obeying simple rules or regulations |

He was still proud and arrogant in apology. What did he want to clarify? who asked him how he served and contributed to Nigeria growth? Where has golden flask been part of dressing anywhere in the world? Arrant nonsense. |

Before anyone comments about this case, play this scenario in your head - If you do what Kwam did, would you be in your house doing apology video or you will be chilling inside police cell ? That shows the massive problem with our justice system. Law is meant to be applied EQUALLY irrespective of position, power and individuals involved. Sadly in Nigeria , lot of people seem to be above the law, that’s one of reasons we are in this horrible state. |
