Yes o! The court can issue what is called an “Order for Restitution of Conjugal Rights”. This simply means that the judge will order her to return to the marriage bed and perform her marriage duties! 😮
📚 This is not vibes or cruise — it is real law! You can find it under the Matrimonial Causes Act of Nigeria.
Before you rush to file case, please, note:
⚖️ This applies to legal marriages only (not just boyfriend/girlfriend or "come and stay".
⚖️ The court will first try reconciliation.
⚖️ It also works both ways — wives can file too!
