This matter has been talked about severally.

There are just something's one doesn't do as a Christian.

Not to talk of a pastor that has millions of people joining services all over the world.

The last one was when people were talking about the wife gym outfit talking about camel toe bleh bleh bleh.

Why should people even be debating these things of a pastor, they are not even supposed to give room for all these discussion at all.

I've read sm comments talking abt its an exercising outfit,this and that,emm we're too religious.
Now let me just say it as it is, 1st of all,everyone is to dress decently right,now in this context,he's wearing sometin DAT short,wooah,dats too much.
Ur laps are exposed, now let's drop religious stuff aside.normally ladies crave lust wen dey c a guy's physique, every lady with their fantasy sha.oya bring this to religious context,as a religious leader man or woman,men will b drawn to her ,women will b drawn to him.that's factual.
Cover up ur body ,don't wear wear fully cut shirt.ders short sleeves ,n trouser or comfortable 3 quarter we can wear to d gym n we feel comfortable. I believe you are a Christian. Now I totally disagree with is behaviour of wearing short to the gym. A pastor most behave according to is calling. A pastor is not a celebrity neither do they have some kind of privileges like other members of the church to act in a way that is convenient to them.
As you become a pastor you automatically drop some certain lifestyle.
However I need to correct you also. A pastor is never answerable to any member of the church nor any elder. In fact the pastor is the first elder of the church. Study your Bible well my friend. The pastor is the shepherd of the church, he leads and others follow. What we do is to pray for our pastors for them to work in knowledge of their calling and office. We pray according to Paul that the God of all grace will fill them with the spirit of wisdom and understanding, that they will work worthy of the Lord in all the will of Christ.
In Christianity we are not giving the role to criticize a pastor or a certain individuals to have that role as the police of the church.
In conclusion, what you want the members of the church to do or elders to do. It's the Holy Spirit that plays that role.
Lastly, we have pastors community who speak to themselves someone might have told him that he doesn't think it's proper to be dressing that way, but he would have rejected that advise thinking that it doesn't matter but it matters.

Pastor is not answerable to church elders? No wonder new generation pastors carry themselves like small gods. A pastor is a human being, can make mistakes and should be subject to discipline and rebuke by elders

The problem many African pastors have is that people are afraid to correct them believing they are higher beings who are answerable only to God. This creates a great problem for the pastor who can easily get self conceited and lose it yet people will keep hailing. Pastors must be answerable to elders in the church and the congregation. That is the way to keep the system healthy!

I can't see any boxers there. Your type only go to church to scrutinize irrelevant things in the name of being religious.
I like decency and I'm a decent person but I have passed through a church that scrutinize and ban things that don't make sense like you, but you know what? All those things they banned then, they're using them today.

Bro The Bible verse and interpretation you quoted are wrong and not related to the subject matter . The corect Bible verses are Matthew 16:22 - 23
" Then Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him, saying, “Far be it from You, Lord; this shall not happen to You!” . But He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men.”

From the above passage the correct interpretation is that Jesus Christ rebuked Peter because Peter spoke as one that was under the influence of the devil after Jesus Christ predicted his death and resurrection.

Pastor Jerry is not wearing a boxers rather he is wearing a short gym wear as seen in the attached picture.

This is the more appropriate to use.

To the second part of "touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm".

The problems there is in religion is that many religious followers don't actually read the Holy Bible to understand and much more discern the interpretation of the Word of God.

That verse was written in the Old Testament and if you read that Chapter from it's beginning to that verse where it's just been lifted you'll know that God was not actually speaking to the highlighted below. Followers of Pastors and GO don't even know what they quote and that's why it's even used against them by their Pastors and GOs.

Ps.105.6 - O seed of Abraham His servant, You children of Jacob, His chosen ones!
Ps.105.7 - He is the LORD our God; His judgments are in all the earth.
Ps.105.8 - He remembers His covenant forever, The word which He commanded, for a thousand generations,

Ps.105.10 - And confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel as an everlasting covenant,
Ps.105.11 - Saying, "To you I will give the land of Canaan As the allotment of your inheritance,"
Ps.105.12 - When they were few in number, Indeed very few, and strangers in it.
Ps.105.13 - When they went from one nation to another, From one kingdom to another people,
Ps.105.14 - He permitted no one to do them wrong; Yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes,
Ps.105.15 - Saying, "Do not touch My anointed ones, and do My prophets no harm."
