I may not like what the Lady did but this POs statement made sense.

Banning her for life seemed quite excessive!! She should have been issued a caution or warning.

The lady seemed to be like someone under the influence of substance. The way she reacted was shocking, which was the same way must addicts reacts to troubling or charged moments. They may look innocent and harmless but ones you trigger their anger, the addiction in them takes over.

I feel sorry for her and I expect the authorities to tamper justice with mercy. This is going to be a traumatic experience for her and this needs to be handled well.
