I will tell you my analysis for 2027 again As things stand today, he still has no path to victory. Brightest chance (with 45% - 50% probability) is deputizing Atiku in a 2-horse race where there is no major third force. Feel free to insult the analyst again, rather than reality.

Y'all called him 4 people in a room twitting, y'all called him political orphan with no structure, yet he still won the 2023 election. As far as Nigerians are solidly behind Obi, no shaking. |

I said I will refrain from this type of conversation but Penguin2 no dey gree me. Peter Obi, with or without the coalition, as Presidential Candidate has no pathway to victory. As Deputy to Atiku, there is an above 60% chance that can happen. |

Immediately after the 2023 election, Apc and president Tinubu started the reelection moves. Election is less than 2 years, the opposition are not even sure if the political party they would vie under not to talk of who to be their aspirant Apc is almost at the finishing line while the coalition are yet to even begin running |

fergie001:I always remember that you didn’t see a path to victory for Alex Otti in 2023 because you believed PDP was too entrenched in Abia to be defeated. Do you remember that? Today, the music is “there’s no path to victory”. In 2023, it was “he cannot win a single Local Government”, “he can’t score up to 1million votes.” Same man defied odds and scored 6.1million votes after INEC deducted discount and somehow naysayers won’t let him rest. Call me delusional, but I will always believe that in a one Vs one between Peter Obi and Tinubu, Obi will beat Tinubu in a free and fair election. |

Penguin2:I am not an Otti fan. Ikpeazu is the worst to ever lead the state. Don't forget, one woman made that difference. |
| Re: Jarus - Peter Obi Still Has No Path To Victory by Penguin2: 8:55am On Aug 13, 2025 |
fergie001:The woman made it happen by protecting the votes of Ndi Abia and not that she added votes for Otti. So, if you guys are talking about Nigerians voting Obi, that is a guarantee. If you are now talking about path to victory because his votes will be rigged then I can understand. But free and fair without the intervention of anyone, Obi will still win above 80% of Southeast votes and more than 60% of Southsouth votes. Obi will win Lagos again and score up to 30% votes in Southwest. In the North Central, I refuse to believe Benue people will vote Tinubu again. While Plateau, Nasarawa and Abuja is not likely to be different from what they were in 2023. The contest will be in Northwest and Northeast where anti-Tinubu campaign and propaganda is already rife. Another factor will be who Peter Obi chooses as his running mate this time, and if opposition figures like Atiku, etc, are sincere about there support, then Tinubu and Obi could share the two regions almost equally. |
