Sentiments and sarcasm aside, We don’t know the motive and may never know as he wasn’t interrogated when the incident happened. It can be treated as a potentially possible hijack incident and start de-escalating threat level from there.

Like you said, the hijacker boards the plane, then holds people hostage. In this case he tried to board the plane as well, and when he was refused boarding, he tried to forcefully prevent the plane from leaving, which matches the profile you described.

I also used the phrase “possible attempted” which is another way of saying “possibly intending to”, meaning he didn’t do it but could that have been his end goal if he wasn’t stopped? Only a mad man for sure will try to physically stop an airplane from taking off so there’s that. That level of insanity needed to be investigated at the time it happened.

God is impersonal and has nothing to do with this. On the contrary, that unruly girl did far WORSE to herself for physically assaulting cabin crew and the security men with hot slaps and kicks while resisting arrest. Her irresponsible violent resistance led to her cleavages flying out of her blouse which got torn in the process. Both airport situations are totally different. One (involving Kwam 1) apparently went to the cockpit side and front of the plane as seen in the videos and was joined by other men who continued to talk to him with NO case of physical assault by Kwam 1 while the other highly unruly female passenger onboard the Ibom Air flight was violent in the 4 different FULL videos I watched 2 days ago while she physically assaulting and slapped the members of the airline cabin crew (air hostesses) including some punches and kicks used on the security men who came to arrest her on the plane after the pilot had contacted the airport security about her unruly behavior. Physical assault of another person is crime that can land unruly people in jail. Ignorance of the law is NOT an excuse.

It is just kangaroo probe to save face. The matter has already been swept under the carpet. Nothing will come out of it.

Someone committed such glaring crime, and it was caught on camera. Yet, they want to order a probe or Commission of Enquiry, probably to be chaired by a retired judge. It will take them 2 years to conclude the probe then government will issue white paper on the probe. We are not a serious country.

There is a reason serious countries don't rate Nigeria or take us seriously. We are a glorified banana republic.
