I’ll be 4 years weed-free in 3 weeks.
I didn’t quit because it wasn’t fun. I quit because I was becoming a shadow of myself.
For the next 14 days, I’m dropping real talk on weed, its effects, reasons to quit, and how recovery changed me.

Weed didn’t just slow my mind. It dimmed my face.
The first picture was me a few days before quitting. I thought I was “chilling,” but I was just tired, in my body, my skin, my eyes.

Weed doesn’t just cloud your brain, it dulls your drive.
You start missing deadlines, calling laziness “vibes,” and watching your ambition fade in silence.
I’ve been there. Escaping that fog was the first step to getting my life back.

The second is me today. No magic filter, no fancy skincare, just 4 years weed-free, better sleep, more water, and a clear head.

When I quit, I didn’t expect my face to change. But when you stop poisoning yourself daily, your body thanks you in ways you can see in the mirror.

Sometimes the transformation isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about finally looking like the person you were always meant to be.
