Re: Nigerians Treated Like Dirty People By International Airlines by Jakumo(m):
Regardless of your nationality, the one airline that would be most wisely avoided by ANYONE who seeks to minimize stress in their life is Lufthansa. The officers manning the boarding security checks in Frankfurt Airport are very rude to everyone, and are prone to barking their orders to passengers as though they are prisoners being processed for jail cell allocation.

In Frankfurt Airport, Nigerians and other African travelers are subjected to additional inconveniences that are not seen by those traveling to and from countries outside of Africa. For example, connecting to or from any Lagos flight will entail MILES of walking between departure gates located at great distance from one another within the airport, while portions of that long trek entail boarding buses outside the airport terminal buildings in the cold and rain, depending on the weather.

I will never forget my last ever Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt to Lagos. The thermostat in the departure gate waiting area was turned up so high that all the passengers were drenched with sweat in the stifling heat as they awaited their call to board the aircraft . When I approached an airport staff to request that the heat be turned down, my request was greeted with ridicule, and the heat was turned up even higher. That was the day I quietly resolved NEVER to board any German airline, and NEVER to set foot in Germany for any reason, going forward.

On the other side of the coin, my experience with KLM, connecting through Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to London Heathrow, was pleasant and stress free in all considerations. Security staff in Schiphol were courteous and friendly, as were all the Dutch nationals I interacted with in that magnificent airport. The flights were on time, and departed from gates that were within close proximity of each other within the airport complex. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is by a wide margin the BEST airline serving Nigeria and Africa, bar none. Fly KLM and see what I mean.

Nigerians travelling out of the Country are sprayed like Animals once the Plane door is close and ready for takeoff but in contrast when flying back to Nigeria nobody spray anything on you. All countries have insects but Nigerians are treated like low Humans and all this is as a result of pursing money instead of power. If Nigeria is standing like China no one will treat Black Africans like less Humans.
Bros/Aunty..you got it wrong

You are sprayed on your way to Nigeria ..not on your way out.

It is a fallout of covid that Other countries have stopped but Nigeria is still doing

So please point your blame in the right direction

Stop calling all Nigerians. Make sure you bath, brush your teeth well and use deodorant before getting on a plane. If you dress well, people will treat you well. No go there de gba, and be involving all Nigerians. Plane is a very tight space for all.

They have to spray to prevent malaria parasite pests from following them into their country. It is also use as a disinfectant and was started during Covid. It’s not air freshener.
Wasn't started during covid

Nwoke m you don come o. Dey no know basic stuff na fuselage dem go know?

And its the aircraft cabin thats sprayed once the doors are shut. They are targeting mosquitoes mainly. Malaria is a deadly disease which they eradicated a millenia ago in the UK.

To stop your ears closing up due to the difference in pressure, suck on a sweet or breath in and out through your mouth until you reach cruising altitude.

You ll need your ear to watch a movie. Take care of it.

certain countries are susceptible to bugs, flies, and other insects that may be in passenger belongings. Countries have their own requirements for landing. Are the people in the screenshots below not white? . Victim mentality cant take you far in life

Boy let us talk true Nigerians are dirty no lie, again because we allow anything doesn't mean others too will allow anything. My uncle brought his dog from UK years ago my dad was so angry because he did go through quarantine. He did keep it quiet either. We had a local breed my dad had to keep them apart for a long time. Made sure it was chained for 2 months. He believed he can infect local breed. He kept looking at our dog as if its nothing special compared to his ours was our heart brought us joy well trained by my dad. My dad knew that this country was finished since that day.

Nothing strange about such action, its just a preventive measure to prevent tranporting some dangerous parasites, viruses or bacteria to the flight destination. Even if flights arrive Nigeria. they spray inside the plane before passengers disembark.
It seems this OP Lack basic knowledge of Biology , the reason why he is making a big deal out of this occurence.
If you Fall sick on arrival in Europe from say Africa, you may be quaratined while being treated , don't feel offended, we should not underestimate the deadly nature of Malaria parasite.
