Softmirror:Does this answers the question of how many presidents don come to Nigeria?? If we are that worthy, they should be trooping into our country You wake up daily to defend a failure that is even affecting your own destiny and you wondered why life has been difficult for you |

Talk is cheap, and the easiest job in the world is criticism and complaints. What’s going on in the world right now is obvious to everyone; in the period where America is slamming tariffs on almost every notable countries, and you expect a serious leader to sit down and not look for new friends or reconnect old friends. Tariffs are enemies of any economy. The president needs more friends, and he needs to leave his comfort zone to meet and cement friendships before they can take him serious. Remember, Nigeria doesn’t not have ambassadors, which is a means of saving money, but much more the presence of the president speaks louder than. |

TheBizGenius:It’s not a new twist, it’s been debunked ad nauseam. Like everything Obi it’s all packaging lies and fraud. The long and short of what he did is to display the account balance as at today knowing some payments would come out of the account for debts or contracts tomorrow. Like I borrow £100 from you and am due to pay it back in 30 days and give you a post dated cheque. Maybe I had £30 of my own so my bank balance on day 20 shows £130 but in reality all I really have is £30. Similar to the way people do when the embassy asks for bank balance and you borrow money from friends to make your bank balance look good….that’s what he did. Basically he presented the cash balance but deliberately did not mentioned he had issued post dated Cheques to contractors and suppliers due dates were after he left office. giving the impression the so called cash in the bank was unencumbered. In reality it he amount he left behind was only a fraction of what he claimed. This is also a man who did not conduct local govt elections until a few months before he left office. LG allocation is almost as much as the state allocation, no accountability no oversight. Anybody who knows Nigerian politicians knows that local govt funds is the easiest to steal that’s why govt resist autonomy. Have you ever heard EFCC charge anyone for stealing LG funds? It’s the easiest money to steal because a lot of LG transactions are cash. Hence the N250m in cash monthly deposits by his aide to a bank discovered on one instance at a police check point.. The same Victor Umeh you will see today supporting Obi was the same Victor Umeh who revealed Obi’s corrupt practices some time ago and how he is one of the biggest land owners in Nigeria but hides it all under his company next. Ironically the same next that bought the property in Ikeja while he was a governor. |

casualobserver:Hmmmm. I listened but as in all things political, I try as much as possible to remain neutral. I don't know enough about it to consider my thoughts as more than opinions. It is well with Nigerian politics. |

thesicilian:..that is how an opposition should talk...to advise the government on the right things to do inorder for the economy and country to be better...,not those opposition that will just be keeping quiet and look how Nigerians are going through poverty, hunger, hardship and the bad economy without saying anything |

thesicilian: Yes he did a great job. If Anambra state had the wealth of Lagos, by now it will be competing with Gauteng in South Africa. |

thesicilian:^^^ ![]() There is confusion in your camp. I will never be able to understand how a presidential candidate often derided for coming third is constantly on your minds, 24/7. Instead of being able to tell the electorate: "this is what BAT has done so far in 2 years", BAT supporters spend all their time telling voters: "this is what Obi hasn't done since 1900". You keep the spotlight on the opposition when the opposition has absolutely nothing to prove. But BAT on the other hand does have something to prove because he is the one in power. Not Obi. Not Atiku. Not Sowore. Agbadorians constantly insult opposition figures and keep them in the news cycle - instead of getting to work, fixing this country. Maybe you're all closet opposition supporters and your handlers just don't know it yet. ![]() |

This garulous fool is too daft to know that it is Nigeria that needs help that needs to go and the assistance of other able countries rather than the other way round. He is so desperate that he talks about anything just to be relevant. |

TheBizGenius:This reminds me of the Parable of the Talents in the Bible—where the servant who buried his talent (like keeping money idle in a bank account) ended up losing it in the long run. That lesson still holds true today. |
