You are already occupying his house illegally. Taking him up legally for this will put you in more trouble for false accusation. Even if na half from the money,try give the man something.

Honestly he is the wicked one, law cannot prosecute his landlord for anything, he only thinks without evidence. Even if tge landlord did and he has evidence, what would be tge case?


My advise is that he should use the money for the tussle to settle his landlord, then the landlord can allow him plan his exit from now till dec.

Owing obe year rent, still planning to owe extra six months, yet there is money to pay.

This is intentional wickedness

I gave my hall to church people, then dec 2023 as they wanted to pay, i told them to plan ahead cos i will make use of the hall for storage. They demanded i give them the rest of the year and paid in little money, i agreed

This people never planned to pack, nov passed, dec passed, agreement never met.
By han. 2025, i asked them what happened, they said it was hard getting a place, by then what i wanted to use the place for is been affected, i told them that i really tried, giving them the rest of 2024 as they requested without thinking it twice. I allowed them, by march they were still there, reluctant. Omo, my storage was spoiling

There was nothing else i could do because they were not ready to vacate and it was affecting me, one friday before saturday which they normally clean up, i called carpenter and he removed 10 pieces of zink.

Sunday they came, and the following week, they got a place and relocated. Rains was about starting



Some landlords suffer emotional blackmail in silence, because if they act, the public will say "wicked landlord"

Imagine Nigerians "because i owe just one year rent"

For abroad owning a property no be for charity work. The moment you owe for one month, you wld be kicked out immediately.
