Your advice is not right. She has failed on the aspect of not reacting when the male colleague held her waist. That was an expensive joke. She failed the temptation. I'm a man, so I know it all. We men can be very tactical when we need something from a woman. The guy intentionally did it to observe her reaction. If she appears weak and condescending, he'll take it a step further.

If you're a woman and reading this, don't allow any man to get away with any acts of lasciviousness towards you except you're crushing over him or in a relationship. But if you're already married to another man, it's a no no. Your first reaction is very very important. You must set the boundaries. If you didn't react well, it gives the impression that you loved what the man did and his brain will activate the next format to actually subdue you until he gets what he wants. Again, women can be emotionally weak. Allowing certain indecent behavior from men can easily put you in a helpless situation. Like I said, unless you loved it!
