Diyke4rich:Hmm. This might be complicated but good luck. Another thing is, some programs may admit you into post diploma programs with just your 100-200lvl transcript if you have it. |

kemmyk:Technically, yes, it is possible. A close relative in Canada—even if on a work permit (a sibling, in this case)—can act as a financial sponsor for a student visa application. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) does not restrict proof of funds to only the applicant’s account. They accept funds from parents, guardians, or close relatives who can genuinely support the applicant. The key is that the relationship and financial commitment must be clearly demonstrated (e.g., sibling ties, letter of sponsorship, supporting documents). Here is the reality: The main issue is that you must show the full two years of tuition fees plus the $22,895 per year that the Canadian government requires international students to demonstrate. There are no exceptions, even if you live with your sibling. So, on average, you are looking at annual tuition of about $19,252 (total $38,504 for two years) plus $22,895 in living expenses. That’s a minimum of $61,399 that must be shown as proof of funds. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/get-documents/financial-support.html https://www.studyincanada.com/Discover/Article/1/5468/International-Student-Tuition-Across-Canada Ultimately, it’s about the money in your account, and your T4 tax return must align with the amount of savings you claim to have. |

Read your story. 1. Your sponsor doesn't need to show their account if the money will be available in your account; you do a gift deed as indicated, notarize it, and show proof of source of income. You can do an invoice to back it up for his business; pictures in the farm are not just enough—that is cheap evidence. Also include your dad's employment documents. 2. Affidavit of sponsorship and notarize it. You don't need to state that the 2M and 3M were loans; it doesn't prove his business is strong. You can claim those funds as sales from castles. 3. Your wife will be left with your family, so they will look after her for you. Hope you have considered living expenses before you conclude that what you need is 15M? greatman2000: |

I am wondering how you got a GCMS note,i thought you can only get GCMS note when a decision has been made on your Application. Because you stated that the reason why your application was delayed for months was because you didn’t submit your birth Certificate. They didn’t request for Additional Documents Required? quote author=Gloriousangel post=136475071] Hello, You can reach me here. Just quote me. I did medicals in my first application. This was my second application and they updated it. You can get gcms online. The process has been posted here several times. You can google ATIPS, click on the first option and follow the process. Make sure you attach the data page of your passport[/quote] |

Nonylistic001:Send them a scratch card pin for them to check themselves. That’s how other schools do it. |

amnotapervert:There’s really no formula to this, Just try and your best, then hope and pray, that’s al My sister gifted me all the money for my POF I gave zero explanation of how she makes money or even if she’s employed or her bank statement, nothing. The money was in my account for only 1 week then i printed just 2 weeks bank statement. The bank statement was 1 month old when i applied I used the same money in that statement to pay tuition fees. Had no wife (though i married after the visa was approved), just 3 siblings, parents are both dead, no landed property or even a car, just a business i registered 1 month prior to applying From this you can spot at least 5 or 6 red flags, yet it was approved. Another person may do this exact same thing and will likely be denied (or approved, who knows) My wife applied for SOWP with only 3 million gift from her mom (This was when POF for main applicant was $10K, and she was a dependent) My paychecks was only $600 at that time, money enough to pay for only 1 room ( not apartment) in my city. No explanation how her mom made the money, no bank statement, printed only 1 week bank statement, still approved. However, my first application was denied because i couldn’t fit all my files in the letter without compressing and my bank statement becoming blurry. So i uploaded the bank statement to google drive and put the link in the letter, i was denied because of that as per my gcms notes. BUT I got this link idea from a friend who did the exact same thing and was approved. |
