You should save your energy for calling on Hamas to release hostages, stop using Palestinians as human shields, stealing their food and putting their people in danger. Strip away the branding, Hamas are holding people against their will who were taken on Oct. 7th. Israel is holding thousands more against their will who were taken from Gaza.

Terrorism is a difficult charge to bring with a steep burden of proof which is why in most of our societies, terrorists are allowed to be held for longer without charge under special laws (like Guantanamo bay, or suspicion of terrorism law in UK). A terrorist is not usually caught until he completes his act which no society can afford. You don't wait till the wolf kills the sheep to find out if he is a terrorist or not. You could be held for associating with terrorists, membership of organisations, having violent views and intent without having acted upon it or even plotted any attack. They are not prisoners, they are terrorists, so save me your snowflake sympathies for them.
They are not in anyway equivalent to festival goers murdered, raped and kidnapped, nor have they been arrested by any authority.

Bush ignored you crying about Saudis, Kuwaitis found in Afghanistan with known links to Al.Quaeda but no proof and saved a lot of lives from keeping these Wolves in Guantanamo. All sensible people need to know is what is a Saudi or Omani mullah doing in Afghanistan at this time of war unless he is fraternising with Al Quaeda. Why don't we tell Nigeria Government to wipe out Borno State and entire NW to get rid of Boko Haram and Bandits or we just tell the residents there to tell Boko Haram and Bandits to return the people they kidnapped and stop killing soldiers else we wipe them out with the bandits? Makes sense right?
