Jeans that we use to buy 800 naira and 2,000 naira are now being sold for 42,000 naira.
This has pushed alot of people into bend down select as very few people can afford to buy one Jeans for that amount and even the bend down select is not cheap either.
It's advisable to properly wash the bend down select before you start using because you don't know what the original user of the Jean have been carrying.

Not everyone has eyes for such Market. The last jean I bought was 25k. I mostly buy short jean though.17k

In 2019 I bought 8 air of jeans for 55k from aliexpress.
Out of the 8,2 don sapa.
I dashed them out.
I still have 4 that I've not worn.
The remaining 2 na wetin I dey exchange with my clothes every few days.aside my joggers and native
The point is jeans is not too expensive.beyyer stock jeans from aliexpress or temu doesn't exceed 20k. B4 new jeans used to be 8k 9k.quality..original stock jeans .esp stone wash.
But what we have are now dead jeans.scrap sapa jeans. And the thieves wud slam 50k like say na evisu jeans,fubu jeans,Nike,wrangler,jack and jones. Na fake fake below quality grade jeans dem dey sell. The so called okrika have been terribly used and over faded but dem go use dye to dye am back.u go dey happy. If u wan know if jeans don sapa.turn the jeans over to the pther side of it..inspect the pocket back..if e get threads and dots..e mean say the jeans don do more than. 3 years .run away

I can't order Jean online fear or getting low quality products. Because they use picture enhancement to beautiful the product..To be on the safe side I touch and feel.

Yes boutique you know the matter. Most of the boutique buys Grade A . I hardly see London bay or US bay they are very expensive but you get quality for your money.

I used to go JEAN SHOPPING buying 4,5,6 brand new stock jeans at a go... but now it's crazy.

The new wave of ONLINE SELLERS that just call astronomical prices for made in china jeans and sneakers are heavily to blame but I don't patronise them.

worst thing is that even with your hard money, you will not see good jeans that can last for years without slacking or stretching.

Back in those days in the early 90s, prices of top quality jeans ranged between N600 to N900. I mean quality jeans like Levis, Max, Lee, Calvin Klein, Arizona classics etc
